Dr. James Sieradzki is specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and joint replacement surgery. He is the team physician for Notre Dame Hockey and Notre Dame Lacrosse. Dr. Sieradzki has had a long-time dream of serving patients in his community. After growing up in South Bend, he attended Williams College, Vanderbilt University Medical School, Northwestern University Orthopaedic Residency and did a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Southern California Orthopaedic Institute. His training, expertise, and experience enable him to care for athletes and adults with degenerative or traumatic conditions. He takes a personalized approach with his patients, tailoring care to their individual needs and goals. He values the team approach to care. In Dr. Sieradzki’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three children. He and his family are engaged in the community and stay active in reputable charity organizations.
