Dr. David Speach is a physiatrist, or physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor who specializes in the non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Speach has written or reviewed several medical papers and books on rehabilitation. He is a board-certified physician and formerly an associate professor in the Departments of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
