Systems Administrator – St. Joseph County
Full-Time Monday – Friday. Assist in the design, technical support, administration and maintenance of Windows based network and server systems.  Responsibilities will include the coverage of help desk tickets/change requests, participation on assigned project teams, building and testing new systems to design standards and maintaining the optimum performance of all systems and services. Additional responsibilities also include those of general server maintenance such as applying system patches, performing upgrades, maintaining access controls, installing operating systems and application software, troubleshooting system problems and following proper disposal and decommissioning procedures for retired systems as well as maintaining, updating, troubleshooting telephone and video systems. This position will also prepare new systems for network and data communications while ensuring that these system configurations meet the intended requirements and are compatible with existing systems and network services. Due to the nature of this position, and the requirement for extended coverage, this position may be required to work hours outside of a regular schedule. Four years minimum experience, requires working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, networking, MS Exchange, web services, and remote access methodologies.

Phone Triage – St. Joseph County
Full-Time – Elm Road. Provides phone triage during clinic operations for patients by consulting, gathering information, evaluating patient needs over the phone and entering of accurate patient data. Must have excellent customer service skills, accurate data entry skills.

Therapy Registration Specialist – St. Joseph County
Full-Time. This position will primarily be located at Elm Road but may also provide coverage at Carmichael. Hours are generally 7:00am – 3:30pm but will also be required to close 1 to 2 nights per week. Closing hours would be 8:00am – 6:00pm, or if closing 2 nights 9:00am – 6:00pm. Duties will include greeting patients, checking patients in, updating insurance information and answering phones in a professional manner. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Physical Therapist – St. Joseph County
Full-Time. Must have a BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy and licensed within the state of Indiana. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine background preferred. New grads welcome!

Occupational Therapy Technician – St. Joseph County
Full-Time. Carmichael. Monday – Friday. Assist therapists in the treatment of patients under the care of the therapist. Provides supervision of the patient’s programs. Maintains work area. Directs therapy volunteers. Performs clerical responsibilities.

Physical Therapy Technician – St. Joseph County
Full-Time. Elm Road. Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care, administrative duties, clean and maintain therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Pre-Certification Specialist – St. Joseph County
Full-Time. Carmichael Drive. Monday – Friday. Oversee managed care in-patient and out-patient referral and pre-authorization process. Consult with physicians, staff, and providers regarding the certification process. Verify insurance for in-network eligibility and benefits. Communicate with facilities to obtain pre-certification numbers.

Medical Records Clerk – Elkhart County
Full-Time. California Road. Hours are Monday-Friday with hours rotating 1 week from 7:30am-4:30pm, and 2nd week from 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities include filling out FMLA and Disability paperwork for patients. Ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Patient Services Representative – Elkhart County
Full-Time – Nappanee office. Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5:15pm. Duties include patient registration, scheduling, and patient discharge. Perform other clerical duties such as billing, copying, faxing. Will also assist Facility Manager with tasks essential to opening and closing the facility. Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Patient Services Representative – Elkhart County
Full Time – California Road. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Duties include checking in patients, complete registration paperwork, verify and enter demographic information, scan insurance cards. Excellent customer service and computer skills required.

Patient Services Representative – Elkhart County
Full-Time – Goshen office. Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5:15pm. Duties include patient registration, patient discharge, and scheduling patient appointments. Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Bilingual is a plus.
ASC Quality Assurance Coordinator – Elkhart County
Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include quality assurance, risk management, OSHA, infection control, emergency preparedness and life safety. Will also write policies and procedures for these programs and monitor ongoing regulatory changes. Must have a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an ambulatory setting. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and organize work in order of importance.
Surgical Nurse Practitioner/PA – Elkhart County
Full-Time. Hours are approximately between 7:00am – 5:00pm. Provides skilled assistance to the surgeons in the hospital and ASC Operating Rooms. Successfully works with the OR staff to facilitate turnover of surgery rooms to maximize the efficiency of the surgical team. Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, must be licensed in the State of Indiana. Previous experience in a surgical setting required.
Physical Therapist – Elkhart County
Full-Time preferred. Evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries, conditions and disabilities through the use of various physical modalities, therapeutic exercises and therapeutic procedures in accordance with the physician’s orders and department policies. B.S., M.S., or DPT in an accredited physical therapy program. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana.

OR RN – Elkhart County
Full-Time Monday – Friday. Prior surgery experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting. Degree in Nursing and a current Indiana RN license required.

Computer/Network Support Technician – Elkhart County
Full-Time Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the help desk and responding to end user problems and questions for a multi-site organization. Other duties include assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting minor network problems and providing support to the IT staff. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred. Microsoft or other Technical Certifications a plus. Prior experience in IT preferred.
